No. 3, as shown by map on file in Book 14 of Maps at pages 67 and 68 thereof, Records
of Riverside County, California, lying within Section 25, Township 3 South, Range 5
West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the survey centerline intersection of Van Buren Boulevard
(I00 feet wide) and the centerline of Gamble Avenue (30 feet in half width), of Parcel
Map 13449, as shown by map on file in Book 117 of Parcel Maps, at pages 13 and 14
thereof, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence South 00° 02' 20" West along said centerline of Gamble Avenue, a
distance of 95.28 feet to a point thereon;
Thence South 89° 57'40" East, a distance of 30.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
