TRAFFIC SIGNAL LOOP EASEMENT
Being a portion of Parcel 3 as shown on deed recorded January 30, 1998 as Instrument
No. 034955, also being a portion of the northeast quarter of Section 25, Township 2 South,
Range 7 West, San Bernardino Meridian of Sectionalized Survey of the Jurupa Rancho, on file in
Book 9 of Maps at Page 33 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California, described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast comer of said Section 25, said corner being the
intersection of the centerline of Limonite Avenue (formerly Cloverdale Road, having a southerly
half width of 76.00 feet), with the centerline of Hamner Avenue (formerly Adams Avenue,
having a westerly half width of 76.00 feet), said centerline being shown on that road easement
conveyed to the County of Riverside by deed recorded August 2, 2004 as Instrument No.
600731, Official Records of Riverside County California;
Thence South 89° 54' 20" West along the north line of said Section 25 and along said
centerline of Limonite Avenue, a distance of 877.95 feet;
Thence South 00 °05'40" East a distance of 76.00 feet to a point on the southerly right -of-
