BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot 110 of Map of the Kingston Tract, as
shown by map on file in Book 12 of Maps at page 6 thereof, Records of San Bernardino
County, California, said corner also being on the centerline of Citrus Street (20.00 feet in
half width) as shown on said Kingston Tract;
