Instrument No. 799209, Records of Riverside County, California, Grant Deed recorded pursuant
to Lot Line Adjustment on October 9, 2003 as Instrument No. 799210, Records of Riverside
County, California, lying in Section 36, Township 2 South, Range 7 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, said portion being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast comer of Lot 110 of Map of the Kingston Tract, as shown
by map on file in Book 12 of Maps at page 6 thereof, Official Records of San Bernardino
County, California, said comer also being the northwest corner of said Parcel 1 conveyed to
William A. Van Leeuwen and Delores M. Van Leeuwen, as Trustees of the William A. and
Delores M. Van Leeuwen Family Trust dated February 17, 1981 as restated December 6, 1988,
