THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property
granted by the easement dated
from (SEE BELOW) to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is
hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County
of Riverside on behalf of the public for public road, drainage
and utility uses, and subject to improvements in accordance
with County standards, will be included into the County
Maintained Road System by the undersigned on behalf of the
Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in
County Ordinance No. 688. Grantee consents to recordation

That portion of Lot 1628 of Romola Farms No. 15, as shown by map on file in Book 15
of Maps at pages 98 through 100, inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California,
lying in Section 18, Township 5 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion
being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the west quarter corner of said Section 18, said comer being the
intersection of the centerline of Briggs Road (formerly Alicantes Road) (60.00 feet wide) with
the centerline of McLaughlin Road (60.00 feet wide) as shown on said map of Romola Farms
No. 15;
Thence North 00°01'59" West along the west line of said Section 18 and along said
centerline of Briggs Road, a distance of 384.87 feet;
. Thence North 89 °58'01" East, at a right angle, a distance of 30.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being on the east right of way line of said Briggs Road;
Thence continuing North 89 °58'01" East, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point on a line
parallel with and distant easterly 40.00 feet, measured at a right angle, from said centerline of
