of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
public for public road and utility 'uses, and subject to
improvements in accordance with County standards, will be
included into the County Maintained Road System by the
undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to
the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

HIGHWAY 74 DEDICATION
PARCEL 3 AND 4 OF PARCEL MAP 10209
That portion of Parcel 3 and Parcel 4 of Parcel Map 10209, recorded in Book 49, Page 98,
of Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside County, California, Section 7, T.5 S., R. 2 W., being
more particularly described as follows:
The northerly 43 feet od the southerly 60 feet of said Parcel 3 of Parcel Map 10209, said
southerly line of said Parcel 3 also being the northerly Right of Way line of State Highway
74(50 feet wide) as shown on said Parcel Map 10209.
As a condition of this grant easement, the owner of Parcel 3 and Parcel 4 as shown hereon
abutting this highway and during such time will have no rights of access except the general
easement of travel excepting the 60.00 wide access opening adjacent to the westerly line
of said Parcel 3 as shown on attached Exhibit `B ", and per Grant Deed recorded as Doc. #
2002 - 604386, Official Records of Riverside County. Any change of alignment or width
that results in the vacation thereof shall terminate this condition of access rights as to the
part vacated.
Excepting therefrom the southerly 17.00 feet of said Parcel 3.
Containing 0.6416 acres, more or less. (27,950 SF)
