That portion of the northwest quarter of Section 5, Township 4 South, Range 4 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, in the County of Riverside, State of California, described as follows: -
COMMENCING at the center of said Section 5, said point being the southeast corner of
that 20.00 foot road easement, as shown on Record of Survey filed in Book 47 of Records of
Survey at page 88 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence South 87 °58' 17" West along the center line of said Section 5 and along the south
line of said 20.00 foot road easement, a distance of 893.29 feet to a point thereon;
Thence North 02 °01'43" West, measured at a right angle, a distance of 20.00 feet for the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point also being on the north line of said 20.00 foot road
easement;
