Corona Valley Avenue (33.00 feet in half- width) per Road dedication Recorded April 12, 2000
as Instrument No. 2000 - 135616; thence South 11 °48'50" West along the centerline of said
Corona Valley Avenue, a distance of 46.26 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing along said centerline South 11 °48'50" West, a distance of 17.46 feet to a
