HUSBAND AND WIFE AS COMMUNITY PROPERTY to the
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose
of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
public for public roads and utility uses, and subject to
improvements in accordance with County standards, will be
included into the County Maintained Road System by the
undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to

records of said County and State, more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 725 of said Romola Farms No. 6A, said point being
30.00 feet north of the centerline of Watson Road, as shown on said map of Rornola Farms No.
6A, as measured at right angles thereto;
