BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Lot 34 of said Romola Farms Map, said
point also being on the Southerly right-of-way line of Watson Road (half width of 20.00
feet), per said Romola Farms map;
THENCE N 89 0 17'43" E along said Southerly right -of -way line a distance of 1980.99
feet, to the Northeast corner of Lot 36 of said Romola Farms Map, said point also being
on the Westerly right -of -way line of Palomar Road (half width of 20.00 feet), per said
