1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code that the hereinafter
described portions of Via Pascal are an excess interest not required for highway purposes
and are hereby summarily vacated.
2. That the hereinafter described portions of Via Pascal, are unnecessary for present
or prospective public use, including use as a non- motorized transportation facility.

EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation any easement for existing
