Q ❑ ❑ co (n C C U ` U 0 c m E m 0 iD E n X CL CD o a RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2003 -122, General vacation of all roads within the Lake Skinner View Estates boundaries, in the Lake Skinner area, Third Supervisorial District. BACKGROUND: The Lake Skinner View Estates Home Owners Association is asking for the vacation of all roads within the Lake Skinner View Estates Boundaries for the purpose of having a gated community to increase security. There will be no detrimental impact on traffic patterns. There will be no landlocked parcels as a result of this vacation. Twenty -one (21) adjacent landowners have been notified of the vacation, by certified mail, twenty (20) responded in favor of the vacation, one (1) did not respond. The Metropolitan Water District owns several parcels within the Lake Skinner View Estates and most of the property surrounding it and are in favor of the vacation. Said vacation was presented to the Planning Commission on February 19, 2003. The Planning commission recommended approval. FORM APPROVED COUNTY COUNSEL e o r A.
