PARCEL 1 OF PARCEL MAP 10209
That portion of Parcel i of Parcel Map 10209, recorded in Book 49, Page 98, of Parcel
Maps, Records of Riverside County, California, Section 7, T.5 S, R.2 W., being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Parcel 1, also being on the northerly Right of
Way line of State Highway 74(50 feet wide per said Parcel Map 10209);
Thence South 89° 54' 15" West, along the southerly line of said Parcel 1 and said
northerly Right of Way line of said State Highway 74, a distance of 288.29 feet ;
Thence North 47° 19' 47" West along the southwesterly line of said Parcel 1, a distance of
34.06 feet;
Thence North 0° 11' 16" East along the westerly line of said Parcel 1 and easterly Right of
Way line of Sultanas Road (30 feet wide per said Parcel Map 10209), a distance of 17.00
feet;
Thence South 47° 19' 42" East, a distance of 34.05 feet;
Thence North 89° 54' 15" East, a distance of 288.31 feet to a point on the westerly line of
said Parcel 1;

As a condition of this grant easement, the owners of Parcel 1 as shown hereon abutting this
highway and during such time will have no rights of access except the general easement of
travel. Any change of alignment or width that results in the vacation thereof shall
terminate this condition of access rights as to the part vacated.
