in Section 27, Township 6 South, Range 4 West, as shown by map on file in Book 10 Pages
58 to 75, inclusive, of Maps, all of Records of Riverside County, California, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast comer of said Lot 82,. also being a point on the southerly right of
way line of Bundy Canyon Road (20 foot half- width) as shown on said map;
Thence South 0 3720" West along the easterly line of said Lot 82, a distance of 35.00 feet
to a line 55 feet southerly, measured at right angles, and parallel to the centerline of Bundy
