as shown by map on file in Book 10 Pages 58 to 75, inclusive, of Maps, Records of Riverside
County, California, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 53, also being a point on the southerly right
of way line of Bundy Canyon Road (20 foot half- width) as on shown on said map;
Thence South 89" 56'30" West along the northerly line of said Lot 53 and said southerly
right of way line, a distance of 502.03 feet to the northeast corner of that certain parcel
