4 ACCEPTING OFFERS OF DEDICATION FOR PACIFIC SUNSET DRIVE AND HORIZON
5 VIEW STREET, IN THE TEMECULA AREA.

8 WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described public roads were offered for dedication for public
9 road purposes by the maps hereinafter - referred to, which offers of dedication have not been
10 accepted for public use and have not been accepted into the County Maintained Road System,
11 now, therefore;

13 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the
14 County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on, July 15
15 2003, that this Board accepts the offers of dedication and recognizes that said roads are public
16 roads open for use by the general public:

18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED, that this acceptance is
19 for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public road
20 and utility uses, but is not an acceptance of these roads into the County Maintained Road System
21 pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code and that said roads will not become
22 part of the County Maintained Road System unless subsequently accepted into said Maintained
23 Road System by a resolution adopted by this Board;

25 Said roads are in the County of Riverside, State of California and are described as follows:

California.

Horizon View Street, shown as an unnamed road and dedicated as, Lot "A" on Parcel Map 7672,
recorded in book 31, pages 95 and 96 of Parcel Maps and Lot "A" on Parcel Map 7673, recorded

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board shall cause a certified copy of

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Adopt Resolution N0. 2003 -318 accepting offers of
dedication for public road and utility purposes but not into the County Maintained Road
System.
BACKGROUND: The acceptance of these offers of dedication are necessary to provide
access to Tract No. 30052 and to allow improvements to be continued.
