THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property
granted by the easement dated 9 - 4 O3
from Gage Canal Company, a California Corporation , to the
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose
of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
public for public roads and utility uses, and subject to
improvements in accordance with County standards, will be
included into the County Maintained Road System by the
undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to
the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

BEGINNING at the northwest corner of Lot 64 of Tract No. 9562, as shown by map on
file in Book 123 of Maps at pages 10 through 15 inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County,
California;
Thence South 89° 43' 50" West along the westerly prolongation of the northerly line of
said Lot 64, a distance of 15.01 feet to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of La Sierra
Avenue, as conveyed to the County of Riverside per Final Order of Condemnation recorded
March 20, 1975 as Instrument No. 32145, Official Records of Riverside County, California, said
a; point being the beginning of a non- tangent curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of
