SUBJECT: Summarily vacating the right to accept a 20' foot wide Drainage Easement,
in the Lake Skinner area, Third Supervisorial District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2003 -211 summarily
vacating the right to accept to accept a 20' foot wide Drainage Easement..
BACKGROUND: The developer of Tract Map 29268 is requesting this vacation to allow
for the re- location of the drainage easement. The relocated drainage easement fits the
approved improvement plans for Tract Map 29268. The Transportation Department
recommends approval of this vacation.

SUMMARILY VACATING THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT A 20' FOOT WIDE DRAINAGE
EASEMENT
IN THE LAKE SKINNER AREA
(Third Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described drainage easement was dedicated to the County by
Tract Map 29268, recorded in Book 312, Pages 85 through 93, inclusive, Records of the Recorder
of Riverside County, California; and,
WHEREAS, the offer of dedication for said 20' foot wide drainage easement has not been
accepted by the County of Riverside; and.
WHEREAS, the herein described drainage easement is no longer necessary; now,
therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the -
County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on, August 19,
2003, as follows;
1. That pursuant to section 8333 (c) of the Streets and Highways Code, the right to accept
the dedication of the herein- after - described Drainage Easement is hereby summarily vacated,

2. That the herein- described drainage easement is unnecessary for present or
prospective public use, including use as a non - motorized transportation facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of this
Board shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.
