RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2003 -211 summarily vacating the right to accept to accept a 20' foot wide Drainage Easement.. BACKGROUND: The developer of Tract Map 29268 is requesting this vacation to allow for the re- location of the drainage easement. The relocated drainage easement fits the approved improvement plans for Tract Map 29268. The Transportation Department recommends approval of this vacation. WHEREAS, the herein described drainage easement is no longer necessary; now, therefore; BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the - County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on, August 19, 2003, as follows; 1.
