Re: Central Avenue & Cervera Road Project

Gentlemen:
We the undersigned are property owners of a parcel of land known as APN 376 -180 -009.
We are aware of the improvement plan of the County of Riverside for the Central Avenue
and Cervera Road project.
We hereby give as a gift to the County of Riverside the necessary land to provide a right -
of -way for the Central Avenue and Cervera Road project. We do not wish the County to
appraise this property and waive moneys which would be payable to us if the County were
to purchase this land.
Enclosed hereto as Exhibit "A" is a legal description of this property. Also enclosed is a
Grant Deed conveying said right-of-way to the County.
