granted by the easement dated
from Neil Kasbergen and Martha Kasbergen, Trustees, Their
Successors or Assigns, of the Neil Kasbergen Family 1991
Trust, Dated February 23. 1981 , to the COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted forthe purpose of vesting title
in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public
roads and utility uses, and subject to improvements in
accordance with County standards, will be included into the
County Maintained Road System bythe undersigned on behalf
of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained
in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 30, said corner also being the
centerline intersection of Cloverdale Road and Hamner Avenue;
Thence South 00° 05' 19" East along the west line of said Section 30 and along
said centerline of Hamner Avenue, a distance of 87.42 feet to the northwest corner of that
certain parcel of land conveyed to Neil Kasbergen and Martha Kasbergen, Trustees of the
