Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 19, said corner also being the centerline
intersection of Cloverdale Road and Hamner Avenue, as shown on Tract No. 28520 -1 recorded in Book
275 of Maps at pages 11 through 18 inclusive thereof, Record of Riverside County, California;
Thence South 89 36'49" East along the south line of said Section 19 and along the south line of
that certain 60.00 foot right -of -way as granted to the State of California by deed recorded December 1,
