That portion of the east half of the southwest quarter of Section 30, Township 2 South,
Range 6 West, Jurupa Rancho, as shown by map on file in Book 9 of Maps at page 33 thereof,
Records of San Bernardino County. California, described as follows:
Commencing at the west quarter corner of said Section 30, said corner being the
intersection of the centerline of Hamner Avenue (60 feet in half width) and the westerly
prolongation of the north line of Lot 9 of the Map of the Kingston Tract. as shown on Map Book
16, page 6, Records of San Bernardino County. California;
Thence North 8994' 11" East along said westerly prolongation and along said north line
of Lot 9 and along the north line of Lot 10 of said Map of the Kingston Tract, a distance of
1651.04 feet to the northeast corner thereof, said corner being the northwest corner of that certain
parcel of land conveyed to Pat Frank Vernola by deed recorded March 31, 1992 as Instrument

BEGINNING;
Thence continuing North 89 East along the north line of said parcel, a distance of
16.00 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant east 16.00 feet, measured at a right angle,

Thence South 00 °06'47' East along said parallel line, a distance of 1289.37 feet to a
point on the north right of way line of 68" Street (60.00 feet wide), per Road Abstract No. 6454,
on file in the Riverside County Surveyor's office;
Thence south 89 °33'46" west along said right of way line, a distance of 16.00 feet to a

so conveyed ;
