THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property
granted by the easement dated Z - 1,9 - ,2 aoZ
from COACHELLA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, to the
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose
of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
public for public roads and utility uses, and subject to
improvements in accordance with County standards, will be
included into the County Maintained Road System by the
undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to
the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

in the County of Riverside, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northwest quarter thence North 89° 35'55" East
along the Northerly line of said Northwest quarter, a distance of 57.89 feet to the beginning of a non -
tangent curve concave Easterly, having a radius of 1356.00 feet from which a radial line of said curve
hears South 81 ° 04' 36" East;
Thence Southerly along said curve through a central angle of 05' 31' 53 ", an arc distance of
130.91 feet to the Northerly line of the parcel of land described in the deed to Neal O. Treadwell, Et ux
