Bernardino County, California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the east line of said Lot 9, which bears North 0° 00'36"
East, a distance of 33.00 feet from the southeast corner of said Section 23, said point
being the northeast comer of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the County of
Riverside by deed recorded June 19, 1961 as Instrument No. 52482, Official Records of
Riverside County, California;
Thence South 89° 54' 41" West along the north line of said parcel so conveyed, a
distance of 230.00 feet to the northwest corner thereof, said corner being on the west line
