In the Noah half of Section 32, Township 6 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, being that portion of Parcel 2 of Lot Line Adjustment No. 4402, recorded in the
Official Records of the County of Riverside, State of California, on November 14, 2001 as
Instrument No. 2001- 562422, and conveyed to Barratt American Inc., A Del. Corp., per Deed
recorded January 3, 2002 as Instrument No. 2002 - 003406 O.R., described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 32, as shown on Parcel Map
recorded in Book 8, Page 53 of Parcel Maps, said point being also the centerline intersection of
Pourroy Road and Thompson Road, as shown on said Parcel Map;
Thence North 00 °26'32" West along the Easterly line of said Section 32 and the
centerline of said Pourroy Road, a distance of 2645.89 feet to the Northeast corner of Parcel 9 of
said Parcel Map, said point being also the Southeast corner of said Parcel 2 of said Lot Line
Adjustment and the centerline intersection of said Pourroy Road and Skyview Road as shown on
said Lot Line Adjustment;
Thence South 89 °33'52" West, a distance of 430.50 feet along the Westerly prolongation
of said Skyview Road centerline and along the Southerly border of said Parcel 2, to the beginning
