SUBJECT: Summarily vacating a portion of a slope easement, in the Temecula area,
Third Supervisorial District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the Board adopt Resolution N0. 2002 -142, summarily
vacating a portion of slope easement.
BACKGROUND: That portion of slope easement is no longer needed due to
improvements along that portion of Sky Canyon Drive per CUP 3323 (Winchester
Square Commercial Center) and Tract 29224.

SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF A SLOPE EASEMENT,
IN THE TEMECULA AREA

(THIRD SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter- .Oe$cribed portion of a slope easement, along Sky Canyon
Drive, was dedicated to the County by instrument number 202954, recorded June 23, 1995,
records of the Recorder, Riverside County, California, and,
WHEREAS, that portion of slope easement is no longer necessary due to
improvements along Sky Canyon Drive and there are no other public facilities located within
this easement; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
AUGUST 27 2002, as follows:
.1. Pursuant to Section 8333(c) of the Streets and Highways Code, that the hereinafter
described slope easement is hereby summarily vacated.
SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBIT "A" AND "B" AND MADE A PART HEREOF
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of this
Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.
