RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the Board adopt Resolution N0. 2002 - 184, summarily vacating the right to accept a portion of Walnut Avenue. BACKGROUND: That portion of Walnut Avenue is no longer required due to realignment. The new alignment of Walnut Avenue will match the Preissman Specific Plan and will provide access to the future elementary and middle schools. This vacation will not eliminate access to any parcels.
