BACKGROUND: The improvements on Anza Road and Brenda Road are funded by
County Service Area 149.

10 WHEREAS, the hereinafter- described public roads were offered for dedication for public
11 road purposes by the maps hereinafter- referred to, which offers of dedication have been
12 previously accepted for public use by the County of Riverside, but are not part of the County
13 Maintained Road System, now, therefore;
14
15 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the
16 County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on, September 10 _
17 2002, that this Board accepts the hereinafter described roads into the County Maintained Road
18 System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code;
19
20 Said roads are in the County of Riverside, State of California and are described as follows:

22 ANZA ROAD (See Exhibit "A")
23 That portion of Anza Road lying between Rancho California Road and Brenda Road, shown as
24 the 110' foot Public Utility and Road Easement on Record of Survey Book 50, Pages 68 through
25 75 inclusive, as dedicated on Declaration of Dedication recorded December 18, 1974 as
26 Instrument No. 160188, and as accepted for public use on Resolution No. 82 -184 recorded May
27 25, 1982 as Instrument No. 89780, all records of the Recorder, Riverside County, California.

Those portions of Brenda Road lying between Anza Road and Jeremiah Road, as dedicated on
Certificate of Dedication recorded June 25, 1975 as Instrument No. 75244, as shown on Parcel
Map 6463, recorded in Parcel Map Book 18, Page 80, as dedicated as Lots B, C, D, and E on
Parcel Map 8064, recorded in Parcel Map Book 29, Page 70, accepted for public use on
Resolution No. 94 -325 recorded November 3, 1994, as Instrument No. 421172, and those
portions dedicated on Certificate of Dedication recorded August 15, 1972 as Instrument No.
109087, as shown on Parcel Map 4625, recorded in Parcel Map Book 5, Pages 77 through 83
inclusive, and accepted for public use on Resolution No. 83 -30 recorded February 23, 1983 as
Instrument No. 34429, all records of the Recorder, Riverside County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board shall cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, California.
