This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by this Easement Deed
dated �.S' from THE METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the
purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public road and
utility uses, and subject to improvements in accordance with County standards, will be included
into the County Maintained Road System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents

A strip of land, 60 feet wide, in Section 20, Township 6 South, Range I West, San
Bernardino Meridian, in the County of Riverside, State of California, being 30 feet on each side
of the following described centerline:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said Section 20, as shown on Record of
Survey filed May 15, 2000 in Book 108, pages 49 through 55, inclusive, of Records of Survey, in
the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County; thence the following courses:
1- S 89 0 45'50" E 1148.72 feet, along the north line of said Section 20, to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING of said centerline;
2- Ieaving said north line, S 06 °14'57" E 128.80 feet;
3- S 52 °11'04" W 144.65 feet;
