That certain parcel of land situated in the Unincorporated Territory of Riverside County, State of
California, being that portion of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section. 24,
Township 4 South, Range 5 East, San Bernardino Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Section 24 as shown on a record of survey map filed
in Book 110, Page 1 of Records of Surveys in the Office of the Riverside County Recorder;
