SUBJECT: Summarily vacating drainage easements, in the Murrieta area, First
Supervisorial District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2001 -26, summarily
vacating drainage easements.
BACKGROUND The vacation of these drainage easements are a requirement of PP
15820 (Retail Shopping Center) which has Fast Track Authorization.

WHEREAS, the hereinafter described drainage easements, in Open Space Parcels 7

and 18, as shown in Amended Parcel Map 22776, on file in Book 158, Pages 37 through 41,

inclusive, records of the County Recorder, Riverside County, California, and,

WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described drainage easements have been superseded by

relocation and there are no other public facilities located within those easements: now,
