LIABILITY COMPANY , to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is
hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County
of Riverside on behalf of the public for drainage purposes, and
subject to improvements in accordance with County standards,
will be included into the County Maintained Road System by
the undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors
pursuant to the authority contained in County Ordinance No.
889. Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duty
authorized officer.

OFFSITE STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
That certain parcel of land situated in the unincorporated territory of the County of Riverside,
State of California, being that portion of Lot 1 of Tract No. 23626 -1 filed in Book 280, Pages
32 through 34 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County (being
located within the Temecula Rancho), included within a strip of land 20.00 feet wide, the
centerline of which is described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeasterly terminus of a course in the centerline of Kingwood Road
shown on said map as "North 41'50'04" West 527.89 feet ";
thence along said centerline North 41° 51' 06" West 79.24 feet;
thence North 03 °25'25" East 46.45 feet to the northeasterly line of said Kingwood Road (66.00
feet wide) and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing North 03 °25'25" East 18.66 feet to the POINT OF TERMINATION.
Said strip of land shall be lengthened or shortened southerly so as to terminate in said
northeasterly line of Kingwood Road.
