through "D ", inclusive as shown on Parcel Map 6822, filed in book 20, page 14 of Parcel
Maps and Avenida Manana for Public Roads, in the Wildomar and Murrieta Areas. First
Su ervisorial District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2001 -91, accepting
Avendia Manana and an unnamed street for public utility purposes.
BACKGROUND: Verizon California Inc. has requested the acceptance of said roads, to enable
their company to install their facilities by Encroachment Permit.

5 MURRIETA AREAS OF RIVERSIDE COUNTY

8 WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described unnamed street shown as Lots "A" through "D ",
9 inclusive was offered for dedication for public road purposes by Parcel Map No. 6822, on file in
10 Map Book 20, Page 14 of Parcel Maps, and Avenida Manana was offered for dedication for
11 public road purposes by Parcel Map No. 8581, on file in Map Book 39, Pages 90 and 91 of Parcel
12 Maps, and by Parcel Map No. 9660, on file in Map Book 52, Pages 52 and 53 of Parcel Maps all
13 of which offers of dedication have not previously been accepted by the County, now, therefore;

15 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the
16 County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on, April 24
17 2001, that this Board accepts these offers of dedication and recognizes that said roads are public
18 roads open for use by the general public:

20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED, that this acceptance is
21 for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public road
22 and utility uses and is not an acceptance of the roads into the County Maintained Road System
23 pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code, said roads will not become part of the
24 County Maintained Road System unless subsequently accepted into said Maintained Road
25 System by a resolution adopted by this Board;
