Ordinance No. 669, Said Fire Access easement will not be
included into the County Maintained Road System Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

California, being located in the Temecula Rancho, described as follows:
BEGINNING a point in the northeasterly Iine of said Lot 145 distant thereon
South 41° 46'09" East 112.00 feet from the most northerly corner of said Lot 145;
thence along said northeasterly line South 41° 46'09" East 42.00 feet;
thence South 47 °51'52" West 108.64 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
northeasterly and having a radius of 39.00 feet;
thence along said curve northwesterly, northerly and northeasterly 139.90 feet through a
central angle of 205 °31'48';
