SUBJECT: Summarily vacating a portion of restricted abutters rights of access along
Agua Mansa Road, in the Belltown area, Second Supervisorial District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2001-62, summarily
vacating a portion of restricted abutters rights of access along Agua Mansa Road.
BACKGROUND: This vacation of abutters rights of access will allow for the relocation of
a new driveway access in order to improve internal circulation for an existing transfer
station, a future clean fuel station and to facilitate safe and efficient ingress and egress
for these 2 facilities.

SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF RESTRICTED ABUTTERS RIGHTS
OF ACCESS ALONG AGUA MANSA ROAD, IN THE BELLTOWN AREA

(SECOND SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the restricted abutters rights of access along Agua Mansa Road was
dedicated to the County by Parcel Map 24088 -1, recorded in Book 177, Pages 26 through 31,
inclusive, records of the County Recorder, Riverside County, California, and,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter- described portion of restricted abutters rights of access of
said map is not necessary and is excess interest; now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
May $ , 2001, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 8334(x) of the Streets and Highways Code that the hereinafter
described restricted abutters rights of access is an excess interest in the named right -of- way
that is not required for highway purposes and is hereby summarily vacated:

transportation facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of this

Recorder of the County of Riverside, Califomia.
