of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
public for public roads and utility uses, and subject to
improvements in accordance with County standards, will be

undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to
the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

DECLARATION OF DEDICATION

Those portions of Lots 4 through 7, 10, and Pourroy Road as shown on Tract No. 25619 -1, as
recorded in Book 221, Pages 63 through 74, inclusive, of Maps, records of the County of
Riverside, State of California, also being within the Southeast one quarter of Section 8 and the
Northeast one quarter of Section 17, Township 7 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, as shown, on said Tract No. 25619 -1, more particularly described as follows:
A 88.00 foot wide strip of land, lying 44.00 feet on each side of, as measured at right angles to
and parallel with, the following described centerline;
BEGINNING at the East one quarter corner of said Section 8, said point being the Northeasterly
comer of said Lot 7 and said Tract No. 25619 -1;
THENCE, along the Easterly line of said Section 8 and said Tract No. 25619 -1,
