from Pacific Bay Properties. A California Corporation , to the
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose
of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
public for drainage purposes, and subject to improvements in
accordance with County standards, will be included into the
County Maintained Road System by the undersigned on behalf
of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained
in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

DRAINAGE EASEMENT
(TRACT NO. 28753-1)
That portion of Lot 18, as shown on Tract No. 25619 -1, as Recorded in Book 221, Pages 63 through
74, inclusive, of Maps, in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, State of California.
Said Lot 18 also being within Section 17, Township 5 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
A 20.00 foot wide strip of land, lying 10.00 feet on each side of, measured at right angles to and
parallel with the following described line:
COMMENCING at the Intersection of Pourroy Road and Promontory Road, as shown on Tract No.
28753 -1, as Recorded in Book , Pages _ through _, inclusive, of Maps, Records of said
County, said Intersection being on a 1350.00 foot radius curve, concave Southwesterly, a radial line
bears North 53 °44'16 " West:
THENCE, Southwesterly, along the centerline of said Pourroy Road and the arc of said curve,
through a central angle of 13 °16'54 ", a distance of 312.94 feet;
THENCE, North 67'01'10" West, on a radial line of said curve, a distance of 58.00 feet to a point on
the Northwesterly Right -of -Way line of said Pourroy Road, said point also being the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING;
THENCE, South 63 °47'36" West, leaving said Right -of -Way, a distance of 45.02 feet to the POINT
OF TERNIINATION.
The sidelines of the above described strip of land shall lenghten or shorten so as to terminate at right
angles to said POINT OF TERMINATION and on said Northwesterly Right -of -Way line.
The above described parcel contains 900 square feet, more or less.
