of Riverside, State of California, said Lot 19 and Murrieta Hot Springs Road lying within a
portion of Section 17, Township 5 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
more particularly described as follows:
A 2.00 foot wide strip of land lying Northerly of, as measured at right angles to and parallel with
the following described line:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of said Tract 25619 -1, said comer also being the
