of Maps at pages 98 through 100 inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California,
lying in Section 18, Township 5 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Briggs Road (60.00 feet wide)
with the centerline of McLaughlin Road (60.00 feet wide) as shown on said map;
Thence North 00 °01'59" West along said centerline of Briggs Road, a distance of 50.22
