MURRIETA AREA OF RIVERSIDE COUNTY
(THIRD SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 970.5 of the Streets and Highways Code, a public
gearing after due notice has been held upon a resolution of intention to change the name of
Beaucalre Avenue between St. Michel Lane and Tamarisk Street, Indicated as Lot "D" on
Tract 23629 -1, recorded in Map Book 261, Pages 90 -93 inclusive and Lot "G" on Tract 28778,
recorded in Map Book 280, Pages 97 -104 inclusive, records of the Recorder, Riverside
County, California, In Sections 23 and 24, T. 7 S., R. 3 W., of the Temecula Rancho, Third
Supervisorial District, and all persons having had an opportunity to be heard; now, therefore,
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE
BE IT RESOLVED DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
June 12 , 2001, that the name of Beaucalre Avenue be changed to
Clements Way.
