RECOMMENDED MOTION That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2001 -56, summarily vacating the right to accept the dedication of a 60 foot road easement. JUSTIFICATION: The dedication of this 60 foot road easement has not been accepted by the County. The easement has not been used as a road within 25 years after the record maps were filed. The real property has been used as if free of the dedication and this vacation will clear the title of the proposed dedication. No parcels will be landlocked as a result of this vacation. ! r David E. Maloney Clerk o B d By: Deputy AGENDA NO. r 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RESOLUTION NO. 2001 -56 COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE SUMMARILY VACATING THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT A 60 FOOT ROAD EASEMENT, IN THE BLYTHE AREA (AB00024) (FOURTH SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT) WHEREAS, that 60 foot road easement was dedicated for public use by Record of Survey, Book 20, Page 84 and Record of Survey, Book 21, page 34, records of the County Recorder, Riverside County, California, and, WHEREAS, the offers of dedication for said 60 foot road easement have not been accepted by the County of Riverside; and, WHEREAS, the hereinafter- described 60 foot road easement is not necessary and is excess interest; and not required for public street and highway purposes; now, therefore; BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on June 26 , 2001, as follows: 1.
