SUMMARILY VACATING THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT
THE DEDICATION OF MAGNOLIA AVENUE, PEPPER AVENUE,
AND EUCALYPTUS AVENUE, IN THE THERMAL AREA

(FOURTH SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, Magnolia Avenue, Pepper Avenue and Eucalyptus Avenue are shown
within the Map of Durbow, on file in Book 6, Page 40, records of the County Recorder,
Riverside County, California; and,
WHEREAS, Magnolia Avenue, Pepper Avenue and Eucalyptus Avenue have not been
accepted by the County of Riverside; and;
WHEREAS, the hereinafter- described Magnolia Avenue, Pepper Avenue and
Eucalyptus Avenue are excess right -of -way and are not required for public road purposes;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
July 1.0 , 2001, as follows:
