151 of Parcel Maps at pages 84 through 87, inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County,
California, also being Parcels 1 and 2 of Lot Line Adjustment No. 4273 recorded December 7,
2000 as Instrument No. 487701, Records of Riverside County, California, lying within Sections
5 and 8, Township 5 South, Range 1 East, Rancho San Jacinto Viejo, said portions lying
northeasterly of the following described line:
COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Parcel I, said point being on the
southwesterly right of way line of Fairview Avenue (88.00 feet in width) of said Parcel Map, said
point also being the beginning of a curve, concave to the west, having a radius of 1156.00 feet,
the radial line from said point bears South 89 °45'36" West;
Thence northerly along said southwesterly right of way line and along said curve, to the
