through 75, inclusive, of Records of Survey in the office of the Riverside County Recorder, State
of California and within the South Half of Section 22, Township 7 South, Range 2 West,
described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the Centerline of Calle Cabernet and the Centerline of Calle

Cabeza of Parcel Map No. 14463 as shown on map recorded in Book 86, Page 62, of Parcel

Maps, Records of Riverside County;
Thence, along the Centerline of Calle Cabernet (60 feet wide), North 59 °05'30" West, 334.25
feet to the beginning of a non - tangent curve concave to the South and having a radius of 330
feet, a radial line through said point bears South 06° 17' 12" West;
Thence, Easterly and Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 2499 12 ", an arc
