THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property
granted by the easement dated 1 - 4-- .2 0 0 1
from Wynn / Lynch, Inc. to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is
hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County
of Riverside on behalf of the public for public roads and utility
uses, and subject to improvements in accordance with County
standards, will be included into the County Maintained Road
System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County
Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to recordation thereof
by its duly authorized officer.

BEGINNING at the most Southerly corner of the land described by Deed to the County of

Van Buren Boulevard;

342127, Official Records of Riverside County, a distance of 27.90 feet to an intersection with the
Northwesterly right -of -way line of Jurupa Road, 80.00 feet wide, as shown on said Map of
