of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
public for public roads and utility uses, and subject to
Improvements in accordance with County standards, will be
included into the County Maintained Road System by the

the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee

COMMENCING at the intersection of the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly
line of Tract 28899 as shown by map on file in Book 296 of Maps at Pages 30 through
38, inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, also being the Northerly
line of the Southeast one - quarter of said Section 31, with the Easterly line of said Parcel
3, also being the Westerly line of McAllister Street (60.00 feet wide) as shown on said
