RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2001 -173 accepting
Kinney Street, Bonham Street, Bailly Street, Carroll Street and Pinewood Street into the
County Maintained Road System.
BACKGROUND: The Transportation Department has improved the described portions
of these roads to County Standards. These projects were funded through the Economic
Development Agency.

ACCEPTING ROADS INTO THE COUNTY MAINTAINED ROAD SYSTEM, IN THE MEAD
VALLEY AREA OF RIVERSIDE COUNTY
(First Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described public roads were offered for dedication for public
road purposes by the maps and documents hereinafter - referred to, which offers of dedication
have been previously accepted for public use by the County of Riverside, but are not part of the
County Maintained Road System, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Riverside, State of California, in regular'session assembled on, September 11
2001, that this Board accepts the hereinafter described roads into the County Maintained Road
System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code;
I Said roads are in the County of Riverside, State of California, and are described as follows:
BAILLY STREET (See attachment No. 1 )
Bailly Street between Clark Street and Carroll Street, shown as Lot "M" as dedicated on Map
of Upton Acres No. 6 recorded in Map Book 14, Page 99, and accepted for public use by
Resolution 88 -421 recorded on September 27, 1988 as Instrument No. 279247, records of the
Recorder, Riverside County, California.
