SUBJECT: Accepting an offer of dedication for a portion of John F. Kennedy Drive for
public road and utility purposes, in the Woodcrest area, First Superviscrial
District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2001 -216 accepting the offer of
dedication for public road and utility purposes.

JUSTIFICATION: The Developer of Tract No. 29242, lying within the City of Riverside,
is requesting the acceptance of this offer of dedication lying within the County of
Riverside to satisfy usable placement of improvements by encroachment permit.
This acceptance is in accordance with Memorandum of Understanding approved by the
Board of Supervisors on July 10, 200.1 as agenda item No. 3.55.
