CHANGE THE NAME OF
CLAIRETTE COURT TO KILEY COURT
IN THE MURRIETA AREA
(THIRD SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 970.5 of the Streets and Highways Code, a public
hearing after due notice has been held upon a resolution of intention to change the name of
Clairette Court shown as lot "D" on Tract 23628 recorded in Map- Book 296 pages 91 thrugh 98
inclusive, records of the Recorder of Riverside County. California lying in Section 23, T. 7 S., R. 3 W.,
Third Supervisorial District. and all persons having had an opportunity to be heard.
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on July 24 , 2001, that
the name of Clairette Court be changed to Kiley Court.
