STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
That portion of Parcel 2, as shown on Parcel Map No. 6726, as filed in Book 20, Page 76, of
Parcel Maps, in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, State of California, said
Parcel 2, lying within the Northeast One - Quarter of Section 19, Township 3 South,
Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
A 20.00 foot wide strip of land, lying 10.00 feet on each side of, as measured at right angles to
and paralldl with the following described line:
COMMENCING at the North One - Quarter Corner of said Section 19, as shown on said Parcel
Map;
THENCE, along the centerline of John F. Kennedy Drive and the Northerly line of said Northeast
One - Quarter of said Section 19, as shown on said Parcel Map, North 89 °49'45" East, a distance
of 929.50 feet;
THENCE, South 0 °10'15" East, a distance of 20.00 feet to a point on the Southerly 20.00 foot
half width sideline of said John F. Kennedy Drive;
THENCE, South 60 °03'36" East, a distance of 58.18 feet to a point on the Westerly line of said
Parcel 2, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE, continuing, South 60 °03'36" East, a distance of 29.28 feet to the POINT OF
TERMINATION.
The sidelines of the above described parcel shall be lengthened or shortened so as to terminate at
right angles to said POINT OF TERMINATION and the Westerly line of said Parcel 2.
The above described parcel contains 590 square feet, more or less.
